If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product within 30 days from the date of your purchase for a full refund. Refunds will only be issued to the original purchaser of the product being returned.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please contact us within 30 days from the date you receive your item for an exchange or full refund of your purchase price. Does not include:
- products damaged from abuse, neglect, improper use or care, etc.
- Open (used) Neutralizer sticker packs.
- opened or damaged supplements, unless defective.

Aulterra does not pay to ship returned items.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and provide you with the status of your return. Once your return has been approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow between 3-5 business days for credit to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For returns, the buyer is responsible for paying shipping costs to return the item(s). For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return the item(s) and Aulterra will pay to have exchange item(s) shipped to the buyer.
Aulterra products are backed by a 180 day manufactures warranty extending from purchase date. This warrants all Aulterra products to be free from defect and/or manufacturer damage. Defective products returned within 180 days of purchase date will be replaced at no-cost.
