Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and include the receipt or proof of purchase.
To request an exchange/return please contact us either by phone or email and we will issue you a return authorization (RA) number that you will need to include with your returned items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and provide you with a status update of your refund. Once approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Please allow between 3-5 business days for credit to appear in your account, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
