I have not slept good since all these wireless devices have been invented but this pillow has helped me tremendously. At first I thought it was just a placebo effect but after a few weeks of normal sleep its quite obvious it’s not. I no longer have trouble falling alseep and even if I have to get up I go right back to sleep which I couldn’t do before and I don’t wake up anymore. I’ve sleep with it under my pillow every night and keep it with me every day, I put it in the large inside pocket of my jacket when I go out too. They should make pocket sized pillows too!
